异戊二烯对乙烯聚合的影响

摘要 研究了异戊二烯对乙烯聚合的影响,主要考察了H2分压、聚合压力以及异戊二烯用量对乙烯聚合产物热性能、相对分子质量及其分布的影响。实验结果表明,H2作为链转移剂可以降低聚乙烯的相对分子质量及其分布,而引入异戊二烯可以有效地调节聚乙烯的熔体流动速率,但对催化剂活性影响不大,可用于氢调法制备高熔体流动速率聚乙烯。 The effect of isoprene on ethylene polymerization was studied.The effects of hydrogen partial pressure,polymerization pressure and addition of isoprene on the thermal properties,molecular weight and its distribution of polyethylene were investigated.The results show that the hydrogen as chain transfer agent can reduce the relative molecular weight and their distribution of polyethylene,and isoprene can effectively control the melt ow rate of polyethylene without affecting the activities of the catalyst.The addition of isoprene can be used to prepare polyethylene with high melt ow rate via hydrogen adjustment.
