参芪十一味颗粒联合重组人粒细胞刺激因子治疗化疗后白细胞减少的临床疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨参芪十一味颗粒联合重组人粒细胞刺激因子治疗化疗后白细胞减少的临床疗效。方法选取化疗术后白细胞减少的患者70例,随机分为两组各35例。对照组给予重组人粒细胞刺激因子治疗,观察组给予参芪十一味颗粒联合重组人粒细胞刺激因子治疗。比较两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后的外周血白细胞水平。结果治疗3 d、5 d、7 d后,观察组患者的白细胞水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05)。结论参芪十一味颗粒联合重组人粒细胞刺激因子可有效提升患者化疗后的白细胞水平,缓解化疗引起的毒副作用。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Eleven Granule combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy. Methods 70 patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Eleven Granule combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. The clinical efficacy, and the levels of peripheral blood leucocytes before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results After 3, 5 and 7 days of treatment, the level of leukocyte of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). After 7 days of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 97.14%, significantly higher than 82.86% of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Shenqi Eleven Granule combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor can effectively improve the level of leukocyte of patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy,and relieve the side effects caused by chemotherapy.
