某综合料场封闭工程钢罩棚设计 被引量:1

摘要 以某跨度为332 m的综合封闭料场为研究对象,从结构安全性、工艺适应性、施工便捷性和经济性四方面对其中部主罩棚部分进行方案优选及分析,确定主结构钢罩棚采用双拱中柱方案,结构形式为预应力拉索-倒三角管桁架。分析对比不同边柱高度对结构承载力及用钢量的影响,确定最优的结构几何参数。结果表明:在保证料场工艺空间的前提下,采用适宜的边柱高度可以大幅降低混凝土用量及屋盖用钢量,且可以确保结构的整体稳定性及抗连续倒塌性能。 Taking an enclosed stock yard with a span of 332 m as the research object,the scheme optimization and analysis of the main shed were carried out from four aspects of structural safety,technological adaptability,construction convenience and economy.It was determined that the main structure adopted the scheme of double arches with middle column,and the structure form should be prestressed cable and inverted triangle tube truss.The influence of side column height on the structural bearing capacity and steel consumption was analyzed and compared,leading to the determination of the optimal structural geometric parameters.The results showed that appropriate height of side columns could greatly reduce the amount of concrete and steel used for roof with the guarantee of the technological yard space,and at the same time the overall stability and the resistance to progressive collapse performance of the structure could also be ensured.
