摘要
阻流板具有调节艇体姿态从而降低阻力的作用,在滑行艇上效果明显.针对某高速深V快艇,利用数值计算的方法,探究了阻流板在高速深V艇减阻机理.对该快艇的阻力数值计算方法进行研究,从计算区域大小、网格数量和湍流模型三个方面确定该快艇的阻力数值计算方法,获得的数值计算结果与水池模型试验对比误差在2%~6%之间,满足工程精度要求.在该方法的基础上对过渡段和滑行段两个典型状态下,不同阻流板伸出长度下的阻力性能及运动姿态进行预报.结合自由面兴波和艇体表面压力分布来对阻流板的减阻机理进行分析,获得该艇阻力性能最优所对应的阻流板最佳伸出长度值.
The interceptor has the function of adjusting the attitude of the hull so as to reduce the resistance and has obvious effect on the planing boat..Aiming at a high-speed deep V craft,the drag reduction mechanism of interceptor was studied by numerical calculation method.Firstly,the numerical calculation method of the resistance was studied.The numerical calculation method of the speed boat’s resistance was determined from the calculation area,the number of mesh and the turbulence model.The error between the numerical calculation results and ship model test was between 2%and 6%,which meets the requirement of engineering precision.On the basis of this method,the resistance performance and the motion attitude of different interceptor lengths under transition section and planing section were predicted.The drag reduction mechanism of the baffle was analyzed by combining the free surface wave and the pressure distribution on the hull surface,and the optimum extension length of interceptor corresponding to the optimal resistance performance was obtained,which provides technical support for the configuration design of the deep V compound craft.
