摘要
针对岳城矿1308工作面回采过构造期间,工作面顶板变形破碎、煤壁片帮,导致支架接顶不实、压架死架等现状,提出了工作面超前探测+深孔预注浆的治理方法。经过工业性试验,顶板围岩得到了有效控制,试验期间未发生大面积垮落,未出现漏顶冒顶现象。该技术能够有效控制构造区顶板围岩的整体结构,提高煤体塑性,为工作面高效回采提供良好条件。
During the mining period of the 1308 working face in Yuecheng Coal Mine,the roof deformation of working face and rib spalling lead to the unsubstantiated roof connection of support and the dead frame of pressing support.In view of the current situation,the treatment method of advanced detection of working face and deep-hole pre-grouting is put forward.During the test,the surrounding rock of the roof is effectively controlled,the roof does not collapse in a large area,and no roof leakage or roof caving occurs.It shows that the technology can effectively control the overall structure of roof surrounding rock in tectonic area,improve coal plasticity,and provide good conditions for efficient mining of the working face.
