摘要
文章根据当前高校科技创新活动的发展状况,构建了高校科技创新能力的评价指标体系,并以2017年全国31个省、自治区和直辖市统计数据为样本,采用因子分析法提取5个公因子对各省市高校科技创新能力进行比较分析。结果表明高校科技创新能力在省际间存在较大差距,并由此提出加大对中西部地区高校的支持力度、鼓励国家交流与合作、推进科技成果转化、加强科技成果鉴定的对策建议。
According to the current development of universities’ scientific and technological(S&T) innovation activities, the article constructs an evaluation index system of universities’ S&T innovation capability. Then the article selects 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities’ statistical materials of 2017, uses factor analysis method to extract 5 common factors to compare and analyze the S&T innovation capability of universities in various provinces. The results show that there are great gaps among different provinces in the S&T innovation capability. Then, the article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as strengthen the support for universities in the central and western regions, encourage national exchanges and cooperation, promote the transformation of S&T achievements, and strengthen the identification of S&T achievements.
