基于TDC1000和TDC7200的高精度液体流量测量系统设计

摘要 为迎合目前对小型化、高精度液体流速和流量测量系统的迫切需求,设计一种采用新型超声波测量集成芯片的高精度液体流量计。系统以基于TDC1000和TDC7200的新型超声波测量电路为核心,完成对液体流速和流量的高精度测量。超声波换能器采用Z型安装方式与时差式测量方案,在对流速的测量中提高了系统的测量精度。采用STM32F405微控制器对测量系统进行控制,上位机数据显示与控制终端通过CAN总线对测量系统的数据进行显示和控制。实验结果表明:该系统可完成液体的高精度流速和流量测量,测量精度达到实验预期;且其体积小巧,便于工业现场应用,具有很高的工业实用价值。 In order to meet the urgent demand for miniaturized measurement system with high accuracy for liquid velocity and flow rate,a high accuracy liquid flowmeter adopting a novel ultrasonic measurement integrated chip is designed.The system takes the new ultrasonic measurement circuit based on TDC1000 and TDC7200 as the core to complete high accuracy measurement of liquid velocity and flow rate.The ultrasonic transducer adopts Z-type installation mode and time difference measurement scheme,which improves the measurement accuracy of the system in the measurement of flow velocity.STM32 F405 microcontroller is used to control the measurement system.The data display and control terminal of the upper computer displays and controls the data of the measurement system through CAN bus.The experimental results show that the system can complete high accuracy measurement of liquid velocity and flow rate,and the measurement accuracy reaches the experimental expectation.Moreover,it is small in size,convenient for industrial field application,and has high industrial practical value.
