摘要
通过运用阶次分析技术对整车噪音测试以及驱动桥桥壳振动测试,对噪音和振动信号阶次分析和阶次谱分析,对比轴承阶次分析结果,驱动桥异响原因为主动齿轮外轴承故障;并通过交叉测试验证以及轴承拆解测量,确认了分析的准确性。
Through the application of order analysis technology to complete vehicle noise test and driving axle housing vibration test,order analysis and order spectrum analysis of noise and vibration signals,and the comparison of order analysis results of bearing,the cause of abnormal noise of the driving axle is the fault of the external bearing of the driving gear.The accuracy of the verified by cross testing and bearing disassembly measurement.
