摘要
航塘港泵闸是上海浦东片的重要排涝泵闸,主要功能是除涝、防潮、兼顾水资源调度,并与杭州湾海塘共同形成防洪(潮)封闭圈。为保证航塘港泵闸工程的安全运行,拟通过数学模型试验及水工模型试验验证泵闸平面布置和消能防冲设施结构,测试水闸过流能力、泵闸进出水流态及流速分布,分析泵闸运行对杭州湾海域、两侧现状滩面及内河侧河道的影响。
Hangtang Port Pump Sluice is an important waterlogging drainage pump brake in Pudong Area of Shanghai. Its main functions are to remove the waterlogging, to resist the moisture and to give consideration to water resource scheduling, and to form the flood-control(tide) sealing circle together with Hangzhou Bay Seawall. In order to guarantee the safe operation of Hangtang Port Pump Sluice Project, it is proposed to verify the plane layout of the pump sluice and the structure of energy dissipation and erosion control facilities through the mathematic model test and hydraulic model test, which can test the discharge capacity of the sluice, and the flow pattern and velocity distribution of influent and effluent of the pump sluice, and can analyze the influence of pump sluice operation on the sea area of Hangzhou Bay, the current beach on both sides and the inland river side watercourse.
