摘要 以某在建项目为例,介绍了UOP连续重整再生工艺CycleMax Ⅲ的技术升级内容,详细分析了反应器间催化剂提升控制、第四反应器至待生催化剂分离料斗催化剂提升控制、闭锁料斗缓冲罐至还原段催化剂提升控制、再生器底部至再生催化剂分离料斗间催化剂提升控制,为重整装置的开车和平稳运行提供了参考和帮助。 Taking one project under constructing as the case,the technology improvement contents of CCR process for UOP CycleMax Ⅲ is introduced.The lift control of catalyst during reactors,the fourth reactor to the separation hopper of the regenerated catalyst,the buffer tank of the closed hopper and the reduction section,and the bottom of the regenerator and the separation hopper of the regenerated catalyst are analyzed in detail.The reference and help is given to the startup and stable operation of catalyst regeneration section.
