高温高盐油藏多段塞驱油技术的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对濮城西区沙二上2+3油藏高温、高盐、高含水、非均质性强的特征,采用调剖-微球-表面活性剂多段塞驱油方式。段塞驱油方式中,调剖段塞可调整层内、层间强非均质性,改善地层优势渗流通道,而后注入的不同浓度的微球段塞,可利用微球的累加效应有效地封堵地层低渗透率,改善吸水剖面,从而提高表面活性剂的洗油效率,进而启动残余油,最终提高采收率。现场应用结果表明,首先注入0.1 PV的凝胶颗粒前置调剖段塞,再注入0.3 PV的0.3%微球+0.3%表面活性剂主段塞,可在提高原油采收率的同时降低生产成本,计算得出投入产出比为1∶1.73。 In consideration of the characteristics of high temperature,high salinity,high water cut and strong heterogeneity in Sha’ershang Reservoir in West Pucheng Block,profile control-microsphere-surfactant multi-slug oil flooding mode was adopted.In slug oil flooding mode,profile control slug can adjust the heterogeneity in and between formations and thus improve the advantageous flow channels in formation.The microsphere slug of different concentrations injected thereafter can block off the low permeability of formation effectively and improve water injection profile by means of the additive effect of microspheres,thus increasing the displacement efficiency of surfactant,activating remaining oil,and enhancing recovery efficiency finally.The field application results have shown that oil recovery efficiency can be increased while the production cost is reduced when 0.1 PV gel particles front slug is injected first and the main slug of 0.3 PV 0.3%microspheres+0.3%surfactant is injected afterwards.The calculated input-output ratio is 1:1.73.
