摘要
对于厚度变化较大煤层,需要液压支架的适应高度变化范围较大,传统的双伸缩立柱已不能满足伸缩比使用要求,三伸缩立柱的使用成为目前的发展需要。通过对三伸缩立柱的使用工况和受力情况进行分析、研究,设计出合适的立柱结构,为后期工业试验打下基础。
As the coal seam thickness varies significantly, shield height of hydraulic support changes differently, traditional double-telescopic prop can′t meet extension ratio maximumly. The usage of treble-telescopic prop could adapt to the change. Operation situation and pressure circumstance of treble-telescopic prop were analyzed and rsearched. More suitable cylinder structure will be designed,which lay a foundation for later industry test.
