摘要
目前国内的矿井提升机制动系统一般采用恒力矩制动方式,紧急制动时冲击过大,容易发生事故,因此采用恒减速制动实现矿井提升机的紧急制动。研究了矿井提升机制动系统的组成以及工作原理,分析紧急制动时的技术要求,在不改变原有设备的前提下,采用PID算法,以提升机速度为检测量,确定了制动系统液压部分的开启策略。依据提升机制动系统的工作原理设计了制动系统的软件运行流程,并以仿真实验验证了恒减速制动方式符合安全生产的相关规定。
At present,the domestic mine hoist brake system generally adopts the constant torque braking mode, and the impact will be too large during emergency braking,resulting in an accident.Therefore,the constant braking of the mine hoist was used to achieve the emergency braking of the mine hoist. The composition and working principle of the mine hoist brake system were studied. After analyzing the technical requirements of emergency braking,the speed of the machine was used as the detection volume of PID algorithm. Without changing the original equipment,opening strategy of hydraulic part was determined. According to the working principle of the hoist brake system,the software operation flow of the brake system was designed,and the simulation experiment proves that the constant deceleration braking method is in compliance with the relevant regulations of safety production.
