摘要
鉴于已有研究多关注高铁对社会经济的宏观影响,高铁对产业发展的影响研究不足,对中小城市的关注不足,本文以京沪高铁13个地级站点城市为对象,采用特征选择模型,研究了高铁对国民经济各行业部门的影响。结果显示:高铁站点的位置、等级与开发范围是影响城市产业发展的主要因素;受高铁影响显著的行业类型有:电力、煤气及水生产供应业,建筑业,科研、技术服务和地质勘查业,水利、环境和公共设施管理业,教育,卫生、社会保险和社会福利业,文化、体育和娱乐业,公共管理和社会组织。通过对比中国案例与欧洲案例的相关研究结果发现,高铁对中等城市的影响效应具有一定的共性特征,但由于中外城市在宏观区域背景、经济发展阶段、地方产业结构与主导产业类型等方面的巨大差异,导致高铁对城市产业的影响效应也有较大差别。
Due to a lack of paying attention to HSR impacts on industrial sectors and medium-sized cities in existing research,this paper,according to the Industry Classification Standard of National Economy,conducted a systematic and specialized study on industrial effects of HSR.With taking municipal station cites along Beijing-shanghai High-speed rail as research subjects,using Feature Selection Model based on Joint£2,1-Norms Minimization,the most influential HSR factors were selected,the sectors which were significantly affected by HSR were found.By comparative analysis between this research and European studies,this paper concluded that there was a huge difference of HSR impacts in China and Europe because of disparities in the macroeconomic background,urban industrial structures,and type of local leading industries.
