“立德树人”视域中综合实践活动课程的品质提升 被引量:5

On the Quality Promotion of Integrated Curriculum of Practice Activity from the Perspective of Moral Cultivation

摘要 综合实践活动课程是新课程改革的一大亮点,但一直面临着目标偏颇、娱乐化与形式化泛滥、学科化流弊难除、评价异化、教师队伍素质不能满足需要等难题。深究其原因,该门课程没有把“立德树人”作为灵魂是根本性的制约因素,“失德”“失魂”导致课程实践乱象丛生。应试教育的长期桎梏、活动内容与立德树人相疏离、教师培训选择性遗忘品德与价值观教育的内容等均是导致该课程失德失魂的显性因素。为了给综合实践活动课程“补德”“立魂”,当下可行的措施主要包括在目标体系中强调品德与价值观教育目标的核心地位、以立德树人为线索开发活动内容、围绕立德树人对任课教师开展针对性培训、在综合实践活动中嵌入经典名著阅读活动等。 The integrated curriculum of practice activity is a typical indication of the transformation from the knowledge-oriented curriculum philosophy to students'development-oriented curriculum philosophy in China.However,it has not made a good progress after being launched at the new curriculum reform,and is facing a lot of problems such as the deviation of objectives,the rampant entertainment and formalism orientation,the persistent discipline-oriented contents,the alienated evaluation methods,and the teachers'limited ability that couldn't meet the teaching needs.The deep and fundamental factor of these problems is that moral cultivation is not treated as the soul of the curriculum,thus“the absence of morality and soul”leads to the chaos of the curriculum practice.In addition,the legitimacy of the curriculum is challenged in the curriculum ecosystem which is monopolized by the discipline curriculum.The long-term impact of exam-oriented education,the separation between activity contents and moral cultivation,and the missed contents of morality and values education in teacher training are all the explicit factors that cause“the absence of morality and soul”.There are not many feasible measures to improve the moral education and power the soul in integrated curriculum of practice activity.The main ways include emphasizing moral education and values as the core objectives of the objective system,developing activity content and training teachers around moral cultivation,and adding classic reading activities in integrated curriculum of practice activity.And there is still a long way to go before we can fully realize the educational value of the curriculum.
