摘要
针对气囊隔振器的安装和使用受承载特性的直接影响的情况,对某长圆柱形气囊隔振器的承载特性进行研究,其承载特性主要与囊内气体的压力有关。将该长圆柱形气囊隔振器简化为圆柱和圆环2部分,通过分析得到气囊的有效面积表达式;利用虚位移原理推导出气囊的容积表达式;结合气体多变方程建立气囊承载特性数学模型。设计长圆柱形气囊隔振器的承载特性试验,并对气囊承载特性的试验曲线和理论曲线进行对比。结果表明:二者的吻合度较高,可供长圆柱形气囊的设计和使用参考。
The installation and usage of the airbag isolator is directly affected by the load bearing characteristics. Aiming at it, the bearing characteristics of a long cylindrical airbag isolator is studied. Its bearing characteristics are mainly related to the gas pressure inside the bladder. The long cylindrical airbag isolator is simplified into two parts, a cylinder and a ring. The effective area expression of the airbag is obtained through analysis. Using the principle of virtual displacement, the airbag volume expression is derived. Combined with the gas multi-variation equation, a mathematical model of the airbag bearing characteristics is established. The bearing characteristics test of the long cylindrical airbag isolator is designed. The test curve and theoretical curve of the airbag bearing characteristics are compared. The results show that the matching degree of agreement between the two is relatively high. It can provide reference for the design and usage of the long cylindrical airbag.
