Exploration and Thought of Teaching Reform of Food Immunology

摘要 食品免疫学是食品类专业的一门重要的基础课程,该课程知识点较多且记忆与理解难度较大,许多学生在学习该课程时缺乏积极性与主动性。随着时代发展,传统食品免疫学的教学模式不再满足当前教学需求,教学改革大势所趋。根据食品免疫学课程教学特点,通过调整教学内容、提升教学方法、注重实验教学、改变教学模式等方面对该课程的教学进行探索式研究,以期达到提高学生独立自主能力,激发学生学习热情,培养学生创新意识的目的。 Food immunology is an important basic course of food science. Because of its too much knowledge, it is difficult to remember and to understand, which may result in students’ lack of enthusiasm and initiative of study. With the on-going of time, traditional teaching mode of food immunology is no longer qualified for teaching, and teaching reform should be carried out as soon as possible. Based on the characteristics of food immunology teaching, some exploring researches of food immunology teaching mode were made, such as adjusting teaching content, improving teaching methods, paying greater attention to experiment teaching and changing teaching mode, etc. The research of teaching reform was aimed at improving students’ independence, sparking the enthusiasm for learning and training their innovative consciousness.
