摘要
主要介绍若干辣椒干燥前预处理技术和方法,并对不同预处理方式的原理、性能和局限性进行系统性论述,对比不同预处理方式的优缺点,指出不同方式存在的问题,并对辣椒干燥前预处理的发展前景进行展望,旨在为研究新的辣椒预处理方式提供参考和借鉴。
Pre-treatment techniques and methods of pepper drying were mainly introduced, and the principle, performance and limitations of different pre-treatment methods were systematically discussed, to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different pre-treatment methods, to point out the problems of different pre-treatment methods, and to prospect the development prospect of pepper drying pre-treatment methods. The purpose was to provide reference for the research of new pepper pre-treatment methods.
