摘要
为提高卓越人才培养质量,大连工业大学食品专业将卓越工程师培养目标融入专业课程教学,对培养方案、课程体系、教学模式、教学方法、师资队伍、教学资源等方面进行改革与实践,强化工程意识、工程素质和工程实践。解决"卓越计划"培养目标、培养方案及课程体系尚未高度融合的问题,以及大学生培养模式与社会需求脱节、大学生创新创业能力不强的问题,期望对践行者有所裨益。
In order to improve the quality of the training of excellent engineers, Dalian Polytechnic University food engineering specialty integrated the goals of fostering excellence engineers into the professional teaching curriculum, and those reforms included the practice of training programs, curriculum systems, teaching of models, methods, staff and resources, and strengthening of engineering awareness, quality and practice, etc. The problem that the Excellence Plan training objectives, training programs and curriculum systems had not been highly integrated, and the problem that the training mode of college students was out of line with social needs, and the problem of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship was not strong were solved, and it was expected to be benefit the practitioners.
