摘要
为筛选适于枇杷采后贮藏保鲜的自发气调保鲜包装材料,研究6℃冷藏条件下打孔袋和不同孔数微孔袋包装对枇杷采后生理及品质的影响。结果表明,微孔袋对枇杷具有较好的自发气调保鲜效果,6孔微孔袋内O2体积分数平衡值为17.5%~18.5%,CO2体积分数平衡值为3.0%~4.0%,12孔和18孔微孔袋内O2体积分数平衡值为19.0%~20.0%,CO2体积分数平衡值为1.8%~2.3%。12孔和18孔微孔袋在维持枇杷硬度、延缓可溶性固形物(TSS)和VC含量的降低以及抑制酶活力、延缓果实衰老等方面均具有较好的效果。因此,可选用12孔及18孔微孔袋保鲜枇杷。
In order to select suitable modified atmosphere packaging(MAP)for postharvest storage of loquat,the effects of micro-perforation bags with different pore number and punch hole bags on postharvest physiological properties and quality change laws of loquat during cold storage at 6℃ were investigated.Results showed that,microperforated bags had good MA-effect,which adjusted O2 and CO2 volume fraction in 6-hole microporous bags during storage to 17.5%~18.5% and 3.0%~4.0%,respectively,and O2 and CO2 volume fraction in 12-hole and 18-hole microporous bags during storage to 19%~20% and 1.8%~2.3%,respectively.12-hole and 18-hole microporous bags had good effect on maintaining loquat hardness,delaying the decrease of TSS and VC contents,inhibiting enzyme activity and delaying loquat senescence.In summary,12-hole and 18-hole microporous bags could be used to preserve loquat.
