摘要
惠州石化4.20Mt/a延迟焦化装置每年大吹汽消耗的蒸汽量约为52500t,由于大吹汽是间断操作,对全厂蒸汽管网压力的影响较大。在不改变装置工况的条件下,增设智能喷雾系统,利用除氧水部分代替1.0MPa蒸汽对焦炭塔进行大吹汽。除氧水进入雾化器后被蒸汽雾化成细微液滴,汽液混合物从雾化器出口并入原大吹汽管线,再进入焦炭塔对焦炭进行汽提和冷却,完成大吹汽过程。为确保安全,避免温度剧变引起的炸焦、振动、应力突变等现象,结合焦炭塔操作参数和塔壁温度变化情况得出最优的配水配汽方案。改造实施后,焦炭塔的给水冷焦操作不受影响,石油焦质量保持不变,焦炭塔的塔壁温度在大吹汽结束时有一定程度降低。由于大吹汽时蒸汽的最大使用量降低,系统管网的波动幅度减小,系统管网的运行稳定性得以显著提高。节能改造后,每次大吹汽可节省蒸汽32t,少产酸性水19.7t。经测算,每年可产生经济效益450万元。
The 4. 20 Mt/a delayed coking unit at CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. consumes about52500 tons of steam for steam blowing each year.Since the steam blowing is operated intermittently,it has great influence on the plant-wide steam network pressure.An intelligent spray system was added without changing the operating conditions of the unit,and deoxygenated water was used to partly replace the 1.0 MPa steam in the steam blowing of coke drum.The deoxygenated water was atomized into tiny droplets in atomiz-er,and then the vapor-liquid mixture was sent to the original blowing steam pipeline and entered the coke drum for the stripping and cooling of coke,thus completing the steam blowing.In order to ensure the safety and avoid the coke blasting,vibration,stress mutation and other phenomena caused by drastic temperature change,the optimal water and steam distribution scheme was obtained in combination with the operation pa-rameters of coke drum and the changes in wall temperature of coke drum.After the transformation,the coke cooling operation in coke drum was not affected,the quality of petroleum coke remained unchanged,and the wall temperature of coke drum was reduced to some extent at the end of the steam blowing.Since the maximum steam consumption during steam blowing was reduced,the fluctuation range of system pipe network was decreased,and the operation stability of system pipe network was remarkably improved.After the energy-saving transformation,32 tons of steam can be saved for each steam blowing,and the acidic water production can be reduced by 19.7 tons.It is calculated that an annual economic benefit of 4.5 million yuan can be achieved.
