摘要
为实现装配式构件标准化、模板标准化、节点标准化生产,提高装配式构件的重复利用率和装配式建筑设计施工效率,实现BIM在装配式建筑全生命周期的应用,建筑产业链全过程、全方位的信息化集成,建立企业BIM构件库是亟待解决的问题。主要从装配式构件库的分类方法、云平台和建模平台的交互及构件库管理架构及数据加密3个方面阐述基于BIM的装配式建筑构件库的建立方法,为企业级的装配式建筑BIM构件库建立提供可行的设计方法。
In order to realize the standardization of assembly components,to template standardization and node standardization production,to improve the reuse rate of prefabricated components and the efficiency of prefabricated architectural design and construction,to realize the application of BIM in the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings,realize the information integration of the whole process and all directions of the construction industry chain,establish the BIM component library of enterprises are the urgent problems to be solved. The paper mainly elaborates the building scheme of prefabricated building component library based on BIM from three aspects: classification method of assembly building component library,interaction between cloud platform and modeling platform,management framework of component library and data encryption. Which provides a feasible design method for building enterprise assembly building BIM component library.
