摘要
目的:观察疏肝活血汤联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:将带状疱疹患者108例按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组54例;对照组给予泛昔洛韦片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用疏肝活血汤治疗,疗程均为2周,观察比较2组疼痛情况、睡眠质量、皮肤水疱结痂和脱落时间、临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为92.59%;2组疗效经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗后,2组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组2项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组皮肤水疱结痂时间及脱落时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者头晕、恶心、血压升高发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝活血汤联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹疗效肯定,可有效减轻患者疼痛,提高睡眠质量,且安全性良好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Huoxue tang combined with famciclovir tablets for herpes zoster.Methods:Divided 108 cases of patients with herpes zoster into the control group and the treatment group randomly,54 cases in each group.The control group received famciclovir tablets,while the treatment group additionally received Shugan Huoxue tang.The course of treatment lasted for 2 weeks.Observed and compared the status of pain,quality of sleep,incrustation and shedding time of skin blisters,clinical effect and adverse reactions in both groups.Results:The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 92.59% in the control group;by means of rank sum test,the clinical effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,difference being significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05);each score above in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).The incrustation time of skin blisters and its shedding time inn the treatment group were both shorter than those in the control group,differences being significant(P <0.05).Comparing the incidence of dizziness,nausea and blood pressure elevation in both groups,there were no significant differences being found(P <0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Huoxue tang combined with famciclovir tablets has definite therapeutic effect in treating herpes zoster,which can significantly alleviate pain and improve the quality of sleep with good safety.
