摘要
目的探讨齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症患者后对其心功能的影响。方法选取2013年1月—2016年12月本院收治的精神分裂症患者107例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组。对照组(56例)采用利培酮进行治疗,观察组(51例)采用齐拉西酮进行治疗,观察两组治疗前后心功能评级、LVEDD、LVEF、BNP、CK-MB,并进行台阶试验测量台阶运动指数。结果两组患者静息心率、心功能分级、CK-MB等指标均未受到显著影响。治疗后两组LVEF均下降,而BNP均上升。此外,对照组治疗后LVEDD为(62±7)mm,高于治疗前(57±6)mm,在台阶测试中对照组患者测试成绩的构成比与之前显著不同,而观察组治疗前后均无显著性差异。结论齐拉西酮对患者的心功能具有一定程度的影响,然而相对而言,其不良影响较利培酮较小。
Objective To explore the effect of ziprasidone on cardiac function in schizophrenic patients.Methods 107 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.56 patients in control group were treated with risperidone,and 51 patients in observation group were treated with ziprasidone.Cardiac function rating,LVEDD,LVEF,BNP,CK-MB were observed before and after treatment,and the steps were taken.Step motion index was measured.Results Resting heart rate,cardiac function and CK-MB were not significantly affected in the two groups.After treatment,the LVEF of the two groups decreased,while BNP increased.In addition,the LVEDD of the control group after treatment was(62±7)mm,higher than that before treatment(57±6)mm.In the step test,the composition of the test scores of the control group was significantly different from that before treatment,while there was no significant difference in the observation group before and after treatment.Conclusions Ziprasidone has a certain effect on cardiac function of patients,but its adverse effect on risperidone is relatively small.
