摘要
目的:研究覆盆子和山霉饮片的形态鉴别与组织鉴别特征。方法:采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别方法。结果:覆盆子扁圆锥形,顶端钝圆,直径0.5~1.2 cm,山霉圆锥形,顶端尖钝,直径0.4~0.6 cm;覆盆子非腺毛足部似分支状石细胞,草酸钙簇晶棱角较钝,山霉非腺毛足部均匀增厚,草酸钙簇晶棱角尖锐。结论:基于性状和显微鉴别可以区分覆盆子和山霉,本研究结果可以为该药材正确鉴别使用提供参考。
Objective:To study on morphological and histological identification characteristics of Rubus chingii Fructus and Rubus corchorifolius Fructus.Methods:The identification characteristics was found by the macroscopical and microscopic identification.Results:Rubus chingii Fructus is oblate and conica,and its tip is blunt,the diameter is 0.5~1.2 cm,Rubus corchorifolius fructus is conica,and its tip is sharp and blunt,the diameter is 0.4~0.6 cm;Rubus chingii Fructus's non-glandular hairy foot likes branching stone cells,and its edges of calcium oxalate cluster is blunt Rubus corchorifolius Fructus's non-glandular hairy foot,cells thickening is uniform,and its edges of calcium oxalate cluster is sharp.Conclusion:Based on the macroscopical identification and microscopic identification,can be identified Rubus chingii Fructus and Rubus corchorifolius Fructus,this research result could be used as a reference for the correct identification of the 2 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.
