摘要 问卷调查显示,课程开发基础能力对课程加工整合能力和课程评估能力有正相关影响,专业基础能力对课程评估能力和课程加工整合能力有正相关影响,课程评估能力也能有效影响课程加工整合能力,课程加工整合能力能够影响教学效能。根据课程开发能力维度模块,提出课程开发能力培养策略:构建专业基础课程培训体系,注重结对帮扶和传承;搭建课程开发理论与技术学习平台,注重新媒体、新技术的整合应用;引导教师建立课程和教学评估知识体系;提升信息化教学接受度,加强信息化教学绩效考核;从生态、系统角度着眼教学,提升教师教学效能。 The questionnaire survey shows that the basic ability of curriculum development has a positive correlation with the ability of processing, integration and evaluation of curriculum, the basic professional ability has a positive correlation effect on course assessment ability and course processing and integration ability, the curriculum evaluation ability can also effectively affect the ability of curriculum processing and integration, and the curriculum processing and integration ability can affect the teaching efficiency. According to the dimension module of curriculum development ability, this paper puts forward the training strategies of curriculum development ability: Constructing the training system of basic professional courses, and paying attention to helping and inheriting in pairs;building the learning platform of curriculum development theory and technology, and focusing on the integrated application of new media and new technology;guiding teachers to establish the knowledge system for curriculum and teaching evaluation;improving the acceptance of information-based teaching, and strengthening the performance evaluation of information-based teaching;focusing on the teaching from the perspectives of ecology and system to improve the teaching efficiency of teachers.
