摘要
针对我国南方湿热高温多雨对重载沥青路面高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗疲劳耐久性能的要求,同时兼顾沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能需求,选用硅藻土和玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料进行复合改性,研究了复合改性沥青胶浆的抗剪切性能和高低温流变特性及其混合料的高低温性能和水温稳定性。结果表明:掺加硅藻土与玄武岩纤维能显著改善沥青的高温抗变形能力,有效提高沥青的低温延展性与应力松弛性能;硅藻土与玄武岩纤维复合改性沥青混合料的低温性能、水稳定性优于5%SBS沥青混合料。
Aiming at the requirements of high temperature stability,water stability and fatigue durability of wet heat,high temperature and heavy rain asphalt pavement in southern China,and taking into account the low temperature crack resistance performance of asphalt mixture,diatomite and basalt fiber are used for composite modification of asphalt mixture.The shear resistance and high and low temperature rheological properties of diatomite and basalt fiber composite modified asphalt cement were studied,and high and low temperature performance and water temperature stability of the composite modified asphalt mixture were also studied.The results show that the addition of diatomite and basalt fiber can significantly improve the high temperature deformation resistance of asphalt,and effectively improve the low temperature ductility and stress relaxation performance of asphalt;the low temperature performance and water stability of diatomite and basalt fiber composite modified asphalt mixture are better than 5%SBS asphalt mixture.
