摘要 针对飞机辅助动力装置(APU)风门作动器工作环境温度高、器件功率密度大、容易高温失效的实际问题,研究了其电机驱动PCB板的热分析及优化设计问题。首先基于各器件功率、工作环境、产品热设计等技术要求和风门作动器原理,建立了其PCB板的SolidWorks模型;其次基于ANSYS Icepak软件对PCB板进行散热有限元仿真分析,并根据结果确定通过散热器强化散热措施;最后优化设计了散热器基底与肋片,并比较了优化前后的散热效果。结果表明:在高温密闭环境下,PCB板的热设计与散热优化措施有效,提高了风门作动器可靠性。 Aiming at solve the practical problems such as high ambient temperature,high power density and easy tendency to high temperature failure of printed-circuit board(PCB)for driving motor in the inlet duct actuator of aircraft auxiliary power unit(APU),the thermal analysis and optimization design of the PCB board of the drive motor are studied.Firstly,after understanding the device power,working environment and product thermal design specifications,the PCB SolidWorks model is established based on the principle of inlet duct actuator.Secondly,the heat dissipation simulation analysis of PCB is carried out based on finite element analysis software ANSYS Icepak.According to the simulation results,a radiator is adopted to dissipate the heat and the measures of strengthening heat dissipation through radiator are determined.Finally,radiator base and fin are optimized,and the heat dissipation effect before and after optimization is compared.The results show that PCB thermal design and heat dissipation optimization measures are effective in the high temperature closed environment of APU,so the reliability of the inlet duct actuator is improved.
