摘要
在发展现代农业和乡村产业、实施乡村振兴战略过程中,家庭农场、农民合作社、龙头企业“一个都不能少”,家庭农场、农民合作社和龙头企业理应优势互补、和谐共生;龙头企业可以成为家庭农场、农民合作社转型升级的加速器,往往是与家庭农场、农民合作社合作的主导者;龙头企业不仅是推进农业产业化的中坚,还是推进农业供给侧结构性改革、发展壮大乡村产业的引擎,更容易成为增强农业农村创新驱动能力的领头雁。龙头企业的引领和中坚作用不可替代。要客观看待龙头企业发展中的问题。
In the process of developing modern agriculture and rural industry,and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,family farms,farmers cooperatives and leading enterprises should complement each other and live in harmony,and the leading enterprises can become the accelerators of transformation and upgrading of family farms and farmers cooperatives.They often can be the leaders on cooperation with family farms and farmers cooperatives.Leading enterprises are not only the backbones of agricultural industrialization,but also are the engines of rural industries to develop,strengthen and promote the supply-side structural reform of agriculture,and become the leader to enhance the innovation driving abilities of agricultural and rural areas.The leading and backbone roles of leading enterprises are irreplaceable.The problems should be objectively handled in the development of leading enterprises.
