摘要
OBE(Outcome-based education)教育理念是一种基于学生学习成果为导向的教育模式,其核心要素是以学生为中心,以成果为导向,并要求持续反思改进。传统教学理念是以教师为中心,以学科为导向,并且教学评价形式单一,职业教育旨在着力培养学生的职业道德和职业技能,且以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向。OBE教育理念注重学生能力和素质的培养,重视学生毕业后所后获得的职业能力,符合职业教育学生培养的目标,在职业教育教学改革中具有重要意义。
The OBE education concept is an educational model based on student learning outcomes. Its core elements are student-centered, results-oriented, and require continuous reflection and improvement. The traditional teaching concept is teacher-centered, subject-oriented, and the form of teaching evaluation is single. Vocational education aims to cultivate students’ professional ethics and professional skills, and is service-oriented and employment-oriented. The OBE education concept pays attention to the cultivation of students’ ability and quality, pays attention to the vocational ability acquired after graduation, and meets the goal of vocational education students’ training. It is of great significance in the reform of vocational education and teaching.
