摘要
为降低车型开发成本、缩短研发周期、最终为企业带来持续效益,该文首先介绍了平台开发的概念,分析了底盘平台化的目标和意义。然后通过梳理国内外典型底盘平台的研发现状,对比分析了国内外底盘平台之间的技术特点。基于国内外底盘平台的开发策略,在通用化、智能化和轻量化等3个方面对底盘平台的开发思路进行了解析,指出国内底盘平台未来的开发策略,为国内汽车厂商在车型开发过程中推进底盘平台化提供了参考。
In order to reduce the development cost, shorten the R & D cycle, and bring sustainable benefits to enterprises, this paper introduces the concept of platform development, and analyzes the goal and significance of chassis platform. Through combing the R & D status of typical chassis platforms at home and abroad, the technical characteristics between domestic and foreign chassis platforms are compared and analyzed. Based on the development strategy of domestic and foreign chassis platform, the paper analyzes the development ideas of chassis platform in three aspects of generalization, intelligence and lightweight, points out the future development strategy of domestic chassis platform, and provides a reference for domestic automobile manufacturers to promote the chassis platform in the vehicle model development.
