摘要
目的建立区域内健康新生儿脐带血血常规的参考范围。方法收集本院1543例健康新生儿脐带血,用日本sysmex公司生产XT-1800i和XS500i血常规分析仪进行脐带血血常规检测,正反定复核婴儿血型,对检测结果进行汇总分析。结果男性血常规WBC、PLT、中性粒细胞参考范围低于女性,其中WBC、RBC、Hb、中性粒细胞差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);剖宫产分娩方式血常规参考范围均低于顺产,其中各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);母婴血型相合的血常规WBC、PLT、中性粒细胞参考范围低于母婴血型不合,其中RBC、Hb、HCT差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同性别健康新生儿血常规参考范围差异有统计学意义,在分娩方式上差异也有统计学意义,在母婴血型是否相合对血常规参考范围具有一定的参考价值,应建立区域内脐带血血常规参考范围。
Ojective Establish a reference range for routine blood cord blood in healthy newborns.Methods 1543 healthy newborn cord blood in our hospital were collected,umbilical cord blood routine testing with XT-1800 i and XS500 i blood routine analyzers produced by Japan sysmex,Positive and negative review of baby blood type,summary analysis of test results.Results Male blood routine WBC,PLT and neutrophil reference range is lower than female,among them,WBC,RBC,Hb and neutrophils have significant difference(P<0.05).The routine reference range of cesarean delivery mode of blood is lower than that of delivery,among them,there was significant difference among the indicators(P<0.05).Maternal and infant blood group-matched blood routine WBC,PLT and neutrophil reference range was lower than maternal and child blood group incompatibility,among them,there was statistical difference in RBC,Hb and HCT(P<0.05).Conclusion There was significant difference in the blood reference range for healthy newborns between men and women.There was significant difference in the way of delivery,whether the maternal and child blood types match the blood reference range has a certain reference value.A routine reference range for cord blood in the area should be established.
