氧化锆保护层对Low-E镀膜玻璃的性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过镀膜工艺改进,采用磁控溅射方法制备了以氧化锆为保护层的镀膜玻璃,并测试了产品性能和颜色稳定性、膜层耐磨性、耐酸碱性和耐氧化性能。结果表明,含有氧化锆保护层的Low-E镀膜玻璃的性能和颜色稳定性更好,也具有更强的耐磨性、耐酸碱性,产品在湿热环境下和高温钢化时均表现出了优异的耐氧化性能,为后续保存、运输以及加工提供了更高的可行性。 Through the improvement of coating process, the magnetically controlled sputtering method was used to prepare the coated glass with zirconia as the protective layer, and tested the product performance parameters, product color stability, product wear resistance,acid and alkali resistance and oxidation performance. The results show that Low-E coated glass with zirconia protection layer has better performance and color stability, and has stronger wear resistance and acid-resistant alkaline, and the product semferizes excellent oxidation resistance in wet and hot environment and high temperature tempering, which provides higher feasibility for subsequent preservation,transportation and processing.
