摘要 具体分析了316L不锈钢高压管的焊接性,针对易产生热裂纹和碳化物析出敏化而产生晶间腐蚀等问题,本文主要论述了316L不锈钢高压钢管的焊接技术要求,具体分析了焊材和管材的管理以及化学成分要求,同时对于焊接工艺参数的选择、钨极氩弧焊和焊条电弧焊的操作要点以及316L不锈钢高压钢管焊接质量检验与焊缝返修都作出了相关的分析与研究,采取了合理的焊接工艺措施,取得了良好的效果. The welding properties of high pressure pipe made of 316L stainless steel are analyzed in detail.Aiming at the problems such as easy hot-cracking,easy intergranular corrosion due to carbide precipitation at grain boundary and so on,the welding specifications of high pressure pipe made of 316L stainless steel are mainly discussed in this article.The chemical composition of pipe and welding material is expounded.Relevant analysis and research are made on the selection of welding parameters,the operational key points of argon tungsten-arc welding and manual electrode arc welding,and the welding quality test and weld repair of high pressure pipe made of 316L stainless steel.Reasonable welding measures are taken.Good results are achieved.
