摘要
在地方高师院校向综合化大学转型、教师教育人才培养深化改革与发展的背景下,一些地方高师院校在教师教育培养目标定位中存在培养目标偏离、缺乏针对性及培养类型定位模糊问题。剖析并解决这些问题,既是引导地方高师院校实现内涵式发展的必要前提,也是精准定位教师教育培养目标的突破口和着力点。为此,提出构建学生发展本位、建构"1+2+1"培养模式、重塑教师教育组织机构等举措,不失为地方高师院校精准定位教师教育培养目标的可行路径。
Under the background of the transformation from local normal universities to comprehensive universities and the deepening reform and development of teacher education personnel training,some local normal universities have the problems of training goal deviation,lack of pertinence and fuzzy positioning of training types.To analyze and solve these problems is not only the necessary prerequisite to guide the local normal colleges to achieve the connotative development,but also the breakthrough and focus of accurately positioning the goal of teacher education and training.Therefore,it is a feasible way for local normal universities to accurately locate the goal of teacher education and training to build a student development standard,a"1+2+1"training model,and a teacher education organization.
