摘要 5500mm厚板双边剪废钢剪刃间隙调整装置更换滑板后,废钢剪刃间隙无法在正常范围内调整,无法满足双边剪的自动剪切条件,为此,在自动控制系统上修改PLC程序,同时在HMI画面上增设模拟按钮,满足了双边剪的自动剪切条件,保证了双边剪正常生产。 The Wade clearance of scrap shear cannot be regulated within a normal range after changing the slide plate of the scrap shear blade clearance regulating device of 5500mm heavy plate double side trimming shear.Therefore,the automatic cutting conditions cannot be met for the trimming shear.In order to meet the automatic cutting conditions and guarantee a nonnal operation of the double side trimming shear,the PLC program was modified from the automatic control system,and a new simulation push button was added on HMI screen.
