摘要
分析了汽车安全气囊饰盖的结构特点,鉴于其倒扣与加强凸筋同时存在,常规斜顶机构与塑件制品加强凸筋形成干涉,设计了一套具有旋转动作的二次顶出脱模机构的注塑模具。塑件制品分两次顶出,在第一次顶出时加入了旋转动作,解决了该类塑件制品的倒扣脱模问题。模具浇注系统设计采用开放式热流道转冷流道,潜伏式浇口与牛角浇口两点进胶,保证了塑料熔体在模腔内的良好流动性。模具已投入实际生产中,模具工作性能稳定,生产的塑件制品满足要求。
In this paper,the structural characteristic of the automobile safety airbag cover was analyzed.In view of the particularity of having both buckles and ribs,which caused interference between the conventional inclined ejection mechanism and the ribs of plastic parts,a set of injection moulds with revolving secondary ejection demoulding mechanism was designed.The plastic parts were buckle demoulded in two steps.A revolving movement was added in the first step,which solved the demoulding problem for this kind of plastic parts.The gating system adopted the design of open hot runner turning to cold runner,two-point injection of latent gate and horn gate,which guaranteed the good fluidity of the plastic melt in the mould cavity.The mould had been put into actual production.The working performance of the mould was stable,and the produced plastic parts met the requirements.
