摘要
目的分析快速康复外科模式在创伤骨科优质护理中的效果。方法方便选取该院骨科近期收治的86例骨折患者为研究对象展开研究,病例数选取时间为2018年4月—2019年1月,依据护理差异进行分组,一组采用常规的护理措施,为常规组,一组采用快速康复优质护理,为研究组,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者护理满意度为93.02%(40例),高于常规组的74.42%(32例),数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.460,P<0.05);研究组患者下床活动时间为(61.1±3.2)h,住院时间为(16.9±2.9)d,各项数据均优于常规组,数据差异有统计学意义(t=18.216、9.102,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.33%(1例),低于常规组的16.28%(7例),数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.962,P<0.05)。结论在创伤骨科优质护理中给予快速康复外科模式可以促进患者康复,减少住院时间,同时提升患者的护理满意度,减少并发症,值得在临床中进行推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery mode in quality nursing of traumatic orthopedics.Methods Convenient selected the 86 fracture patients admitted to the department of orthopedics were analyzed as objects.The number of cases was selected from April 2018 to January 2019.Grouped according to nursing differences,a group of routine nursing measures were used as routine.Group,a group of rapid rehabilitation quality care,for the study group,compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.02%(40 cases),which was higher than that of the conventional group(74.42%,32 cases).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.460,P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed in the study group was(61.1±3.2)h,hospitalization time was(16.9±2.9)d,all data were better than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.216,9.102,P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was 2.33%(1 case),Compared with 16.28%(7 cases)in the conventional group,the difference were statistically significant(χ2=4.962,P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation surgery model of traumatic orthopedics can promote the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the length of hospital stay,improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing,reduce complications,and it is worth promoting in the clinic.
