摘要
基于超声波对金属熔融液的作用,分析了压铸前超声波对铸锭细化的影响,分析了紫铜散热片超声波高压铸造成型原理。运用PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)对高压铸造成型工艺过程中的温度、超声波、冷却压力等关键参数进行了智能控制。该智能控制系统能为高压铸造成型的智能化提供可靠保障。
Based on the effect of ultrasonic wave on molten metal,the effect of ultrasonic wave on ingot refinement before die casting was analyzed.The principle of ultrasonic high pressure casting of copper heat sinks was analyzed.The key parameters such as temperature,ultrasonic wave and cooling pressure in high pressure casting process were controlled intelligently by using PLC(programmable logic controller).The intelligent control system can provide reliable guarantee for the intellectualization of high pressure casting.
