摘要
通过Gleeble-3500试验机、显微组织观察、室温拉伸性能测试研究了不同终轧温度(820~880℃)对Q420qD钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在820~880℃时,随着终轧温度的降低,Q420qD钢组织逐渐细化,M-A岛平均尺寸减小,面积百分数降低,钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度和屈强比均逐步升高。终轧温度860~880℃时,Q420qD钢的强度和屈强比满足GB/T 19879-2015对Q420级建筑钢的性能要求。
The effect of different finish rolling temperatures(820-880℃)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Q420qD steel was studied by means of Gleeble-3500 test machine,microstructure observation and tensile property test at room temperature.The results show that at 820-880℃,with the decrease of final rolling temperature,the microstructure of Q420qD steel is gradually refined,the average size of M-A island decreases and the percentage of area decreases,the tensile strength,yield strength and yield strength ratio of the steel increase gradually.The strength and yield ratio of Q420qD steel meet the requirements of GB/T 19879-2015 for Q420 grade building steel when the final rolling temperature is 860-880℃.
