摘要
目的:探讨案例教学法联合角色扮演在精神科护理教学中的应用及效果.方法:选取我校2017级护理专业120名学生,实验组采用案例教学法联合角色扮演,对照组采用常规教学法,对两组理论成绩和教学效果进行比较.结果:实验组理论考试成绩优秀率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);93.3%学生认为能增强对知识的理解和记忆,91.7%学生认为能提高护患沟通能力.结论:案例教学法联合角色扮演运用于精神科护理教学中,有助于提高高职护生的理论成绩和提升教学质量.
Objective To explore the application and effect of case-based teaching method combined with role-playing in psychiatric nursing teaching.Methods 120 nursing students of grade 2017 in our school were selected.The experimental group used case-based teaching method combined with role-playing,while the control group used conventional teaching method-The theoretical scores and teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent rate of theoretical examination results in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).93.3% of the students thought it could enhance their understanding and memory of knowledge,91.7% thought it could improve the communication ability between nurses and patients.
