摘要
我国企业员工在培训上基本都有培训的管理体系不够顺畅、员工进行培训动力不足、培训师资质量参差不齐、培训文化建设相对滞后等问题.面对这些问题,企业在开展员工培训时,应着力在培训文化、组织模式、激励机制、教学方法、保障体系等维度针对性地开展工作,提高培训成效.
The training management system is not smooth enough,the motivation of training is insufficient,the quality of training teachers is uneven,and the construction of training culture is lagging behind.Faced with these problems,enterprises should focus on training culture,organizational model,incentive mechanism,teaching methods,security system and other dimensions of targeted work to improve the effectiveness of training.
