基于双因素理论的高校辅导员谈心谈话要素研究

摘要 本文从双因素理论的视角出发,详细研究了高校辅导员谈心谈话的13项要素,最终确定了谈话礼仪、平等的谈话态度、保密性为高校辅导员谈心谈话的保健因素,合适的性格、见识程度、心理咨询技巧、相似案例分析、谈话环境为高校辅导员谈心谈话的激励因素.基于以上结论,进而提出了高校辅导员谈心谈话的基本要求和提升措施. In the paper,the factors of talking work between university counselor and students are studied from the perspective of two-factor theory.As a result,three hygiene factors as politeness,equality and students'secrets are determined,five motivating factors as suitable character,knowledge and experience,psychological counseling skills,similar cases and comfortable environment are determined.Finally,some requirements and measures for counselors talking with students have been suggested.
