电网静态安全条件下配电参数抗干扰控制方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统配电参数控制方法存在抗干扰能力差、控制精度低的问题,提出基于混沌粒子群算法和模糊PI控制器的电网静态安全条件下配电参数抗干扰控制方法。利用无线传感器(wireless sensor network,WSN)技术对电网设备运行进行监测,并通过信息采集模块得到电流、电压和谐波等参数。依据电网监测结果,将识别出的配电参数干扰种类划分成暂态类型扰动参数、稳态类型扰动参数、复合种类扰动参数。引入模糊PI控制,利用混沌粒子群算法优化模糊PI控制参数,即对隶属度函数与模糊控制规则表进行优化,通过优化后的模糊PI控制器对检测出的各种干扰进行有效控制。实验结果表明,所提方法能够很好地控制配电参数干扰,使电网系统可以安全稳定地运行。 Aiming at the poor anti-interference ability and low control precision of traditional power distribution parameter control methods,an anti-interference control method of power distribution parameters under static security condition of power grid based on chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm and fuzzy PI controller is proposed in this paper.Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)technology is used to monitor the operation of power grid equipment,and parameters such as current,voltage and harmonic are obtained through the information acquisition module.According to the monitoring results of the power network,the disturbance types of distribution parameters are divided into transient and steady-state disturbance and complex disturbance parameters.Fuzzy PI control is introduced,and fuzzy PI control parameters are optimized by chaotic particle swarm optimization(PSO),i.e.membership function and fuzzy control rule table are optimized,and various disturbances detected are effectively controlled by the optimized fuzzy PI controller.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively control the disturbance of distribution parameters and make the power system run safely and stably.
