云南省建水县2017-2019年猪牛羊O型口蹄疫免疫效果分析 被引量:5

Analysis of Immune Effect of O-Type Foot-and-Mouth Disease of Pigs,Cattle and Sheep in the Jianshui Area of Yunnan Province from 2017 to 2019

摘要 为了解云南省建水县近3年猪、牛、羊0型口蹄疫的免疫效果,分别对2017-2019年采集的268份猪血清、200份牛血清、268份羊血清进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果显示,2017-2019年建水地区猪牛羊0型口蹄疫抗体的阳性率分别为79.48%、93%、76.12%。规模化场猪牛羊0型口蹄疫抗体阳性率分别为87.64%、87.96%、85.45%;散养户猪牛羊0型口蹄疫抗体阳性率分别为75.42%、75%、73.71%。2017年猪牛羊0型口蹄疫抗体阳性率分别为80.6%、100%、80.6%;2018年猪牛羊0型口蹄疫抗体阳性率分别为73.13%、72%、71.64%;2019年猪牛羊0型口蹄疫抗体阳性率分别为83.58%、100%、71.64%。2017-2019年猪0型口蹄疫抗体阳性率分别为80.6%、73.13%、83.58%;2017-2019年牛O型口蹄疫抗体阳性率分别为100%、72%、100%;2017-2019年羊0型口蹄疫抗体阳性率分别为80.6%、71.64%、71.64%。这些数据可为云南省建水地区猪牛羊口蹄疫的防控提供参考。 In order to understand the immune effect of O-type foot-and-mouth disease of pigs,cattle and sheep in Jianshui area of Yunnan province in recent years,268 pig serum,200 cattle serum and 268 sheep serum collected in 2017-2019 were detected and the results were analyzed statistically.The results showed that the positive rates of O-type foot-and-mouth disease antibodies in pigs,cattle and sheep in Jianshui area in 2017-2019 were 79.48%,93% and 76.12%,respectively.The positive rates of O-type foot-and-mouth disease antibodies in large-scale pig,cattle and sheep farms were 87.64%,87.96% and 85.45%,respectively;the positive rates of O-type foot-and-mouth disease antibodies in pigs,cattle and sheep of free-range households were 75.42%,75% and 73.71%,respectively.The positive rates of O-type foot-and-mouth disease antibody in pigs,cattle and sheep in 2017 was 80.6%,100% and80.6%,respectively;the positive rates of O-type foot-and-mouth disease antibody in pigs,cattle and sheep in 2018 were 73.13%,72%and 71.64%,respectively;the positive rates of O-type foot-and-mouth disease antibodies in pigs,cattle and sheep in 2019 were83.58%,100% and 71.64%,respectively.The positive rates of pigs O-type foot-and-mouth disease antibodies in 2017-2019 were80.6%,73.13%,and 83.58%,respectively;the positive rates of cattle O-type foot-and-mouth disease antibodies in 2017-2019 were100%,72%,and 100%,respectively;the positive rates of sheep O-type foot-and-mouth disease antibodies in 2017-2019 were 80.6%,71.64%,and 71.64%,respectively.These data provide reference for the prevention and control of foot-and-mouth disease in pigs,cattle and sheep in Jianshui area.
