聚四氟乙烯基复合材料吸湿性能及硬度预测 被引量:1

Hygroscopicity and Hardness Prediction of PTFE-Based Composite

摘要 以填充材料的质量百分比和环境湿度为影响因素,复合材料的吸湿性能和硬度为评价指标,通过均匀设计试验方法,制备了以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)为基体,纳米矿物蛇纹石粉体(nano-serpentine)和三氧化二镧(La2O3)为填充材料的聚合物基复合材料。试验结果表明,蛇纹石粉体含量X1、氧化镧含量X2与环境湿度X3对PTFE复合材料吸湿性能和硬度的影响重要性由大到小排序为为:X1>X2>X3。在试验范围内,均匀设计法获得的拟合方程预测值与实际值偏差较小,吸湿性能和硬度指标回归性较好,在数据范围内预测可信。对试验数据的拟合和多元回归分析结果验证了均匀设计方案作为开发新型摩擦学材料的可行性。 Polymer-based composite with PTFE as matrix,nano-serpentine and lanthanum trioxide(La2O3)as fillers were prepared by uniform design test with the mass percentage of filling materials and environmental humidity as influencing factors,and moisture absorption and hardness as evaluating indexes.The results showed that the influence of serpentine powder content X1,lanthanum oxide content X2 and environmental humidity X3 on moisture absorption and hardness of PTFE composite was as follows:X1>X2>X3.The predicted value of the fitting equation obtained by the uniform design method was less deviated from the actual value in the test range.The regression of moisture absorption and hardness index was good,and the prediction was credible in the data range.Fitting test data and multivariate regression analysis results verify the feasibility of the uniform design scheme as a new type of Tribological material.
