千枚岩路基填料的压实与强度特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 为论证江西乐平地区千枚岩用于路基填筑的适用性,对洪岩樱花大道沿线两种典型千枚岩展开研究,采用X射线衍射仪等方法测试了千枚岩的物理力学性质;测试了千枚岩填料的压实特性、CBR、回弹模量与膨胀性,分析千枚岩类型、粗颗粒含量(P5)的影响规律。结果表明,风化程度与水是影响千枚岩物理力学性质的主要因素,风化程度越高,千枚岩的密度、点荷载强度就越低,压碎值越大;泡水后,千枚岩的荷载强度与抗压碎能力均有较大程度的降低。千枚岩风化程度与P5是影响千枚岩填料压实特性与力学特性的主要因素,风化程度越高,千枚岩填料的最大干密度、CBR与回弹模量就越低,膨胀量越大;P5为60%,千枚岩填料形成骨架密实结构,此时干密度最大;CBR与回弹模量随P5含量的增加而增加。两种千枚岩的遇水膨胀性较小。测试结果表明,该地区的千枚岩填料CBR与回弹模量满足高速公路路床的要求,可以推广应用,但需要做好防排水措施以降低水的不利影响。 To demonstrate the applicability of phyllite in the Leping area of Jiangxi Province for subgrade filling,in this paper studies are carried out on two typical phyllites along the Hongyan Sakura Avenue,and the physical and mechanical properties of phyllite are tested by using X-ray diffractometer.The compaction characteristic,modulus of resilience,CBR and expansibility of phyllite filler are tested,and the influence of phyllite type and coarse particle content(P5)on phyllite are analyzed.Based on the test results,weathering degree and water are the main factor affecting the physical and mechanical properties of phyllite,more serious the degree of weathering,the lower the density and point load strength of the phyllite,and the lager the crushing value.After soaking in water,the load strength and crushing resistance of phyllite are greatly reduced.The weathering degree of phyllite and P5 are the main factors affecting the compaction characteristics and mechanical properties of phyllite,more serious the degree of weathering,the lower the maximum dry density,CBR and modulus of resilience of the phyllite filler,and the greater the swelling capacity.When P5 is 60%,the phyllite filler forms framework dense structure,and the dry density is the maximum at this time.The CBR and the modulus of resilience increase with increase of P5 content.The expansibility of two kinds of phyllite is low when soaked into the water.Based on the test results,CBR and modulus of resilience of phyllite in this region meet the requirements of highway road bed,the application of phyllite can be promoted,but waterproof and drainage measures are needed to reduce the adverse effects of water.
