摘要
随着"一带一路"的倡议与中国经济不断发展,中国家具企业走出国门的必要性和客观条件均已逐渐成熟,但依旧缺乏适合我国家具企业"走出去"的路径与国际化经营战略。国内家具企业在进行出口营销等活动时,仍需要面临许多棘手难题,导致企业在跨国经营过程中还存在着许多的问题。"一带一路"为中国企业提供了机遇与挑战,本研究以我国家具企业的国际化发展为立足点,指出我国家具企业虽有很大发展空间但在跨国经营中仍存在一些问题,并探索"一带一路"倡议下中国家具企业国际化战略研究思路,为中国家具企业的国际化发展提供参考和建议。
With the continuous development of the"one belt and one way"initiative and the Chinese economy,the necessity and objective conditions for Chinese furniture enterprises to go abroad have gradually matured.However,there is still a lack of"going out"path and international business strategy suitable for Chinese furniture enterprises,which leads to many problems in the process of transnational operation."One belt and one road"provided opportunities and challenges for Chinese enterprises.Based on the internationalization development of furniture enterprises in China,this paper pointed out that the strategy of internationalization of Chinese furniture enterprises under the"one belt and one road"initiative will provide references and suggestions for the internationalization of Chinese furniture enterprises.
