摘要
随着地暖辐射供暖技术的广泛应用,地采暖用木质地板游离甲醛释放的检测与无醛胶黏剂的研发越来越受到重视。通过对木地板甲醛释放量检测方法和胶黏剂研究现状的分析,以期为制造出更绿色的地采暖用木质地板提供思路,为未来实现地采暖用木质地板的无醛化提供参考,最终减少因甲醛超标对使用者健康的侵害。
With the wide application of floor heating radiant heating technology,the detection of free formaldehyde release from wooden floor heating and the development of aldehyde-free adhesives are of great value.Through the analysis of the detection methods of formaldehyde emission on wood floors and the research status of adhesives,in order to provide ideas for the production of greener wooden floors for heating,to provide reference for realizing formaldehyde-free floor for floor heating in the future,and ultimately to reduce the damage to users’health caused by excessive formaldehyde.
