摘要
目的了解2015-2017年成都市某医院就诊水痘患者的门诊和住院直接医疗负担。方法通过医院计算机系统,查阅2015-2017年在成都市某医院诊断为水痘的患者门诊和住院直接医疗费用,采用描述性统计分析和秩和检验进行直接医疗负担分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果2015-2017年该医院门诊患者直接医疗负担的中位数为每例212.9元,住院患者直接医疗负担的中位数为每例8551.18元。不同性别和年龄的水痘门诊和住院患者的直接医疗负担差异无统计学意义(Z=0.22、0.58,P>0.05),不同就诊次数的水痘门诊患者的直接医疗负担差异有统计学意义(Z=13.70,P<0.05)。结论2015-2017年成都市某医院水痘患者直接医疗负担较重。
Objective To understand the direct medical burden of varicella patients in one hospital of Chengdu during 2015 to 2017.Methods The treatment expense of outpatient and hospital varicella cases were investigated during 2015 to 2017 through the Hospital Charge System and an analysis on medical burden was taken by descriptive statistics and rank test(α=0.05)methods.Results The average direct medical treatment expense per case between clinic cases and hospital cases were 212.9 yuan and 8551.18 yuan respectively.The differences of direct treatment medical expense between clinic and hospital cases in varies gender and age had no statistical significance(P>0.05),but the differences between the varies clinic times had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The direct medical burden of varicella patient is heavy in Chengdu.
